This policy explains what information Akonpayman collects and how we use it.
1. Information we collect
From pros: name, email, phone, business name, language, time zone, services and schedule. From customers: name, phone number, optional email, and the appointment booked.
2. Payment information
Card details are entered on Stripe's secure page and handled by Stripe. We receive only payment status, amounts and fees — never full card numbers.
3. How we use it
To create and manage bookings, process deposits, let pros contact their customers, prevent fraud, and keep the service working. We do not sell personal information.
4. Who we share it with
The pro you book with sees your name, phone and email so they can serve you. Service providers that run the platform (hosting, payments, error monitoring) process data on our behalf.
5. Analytics
The public booking page uses privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics that do not track you across sites or identify you personally.
6. Retention
We keep booking and payment records as long as needed for the pro's business records and legal obligations, then delete or anonymize them.
7. Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information by contacting the pro or the Akonpayman team. Some payment records must be kept by law.
8. Changes
We may update this policy and will post the new date above.
